Training opportunities for the remainder of the term are as follows:
Tuesday: 4pm cycle session, WCS
Wednesday: 6am Swim session at the splash. 5:15pm Running at Cooks Gardens.
Thursday: 4pm Bike/Run session, WCS
Friday: 6am cycle trainer session. Izard classroom WCS.
The Tri clubs annual membership is up for renewal so if you are wanting to swim on the Wed or use one of the clubs trainers on the Friday you should be looking at joining the club as they heavily subsidise the swimming and you can have access to a trainer for free. They also have bikes and wetsuits for loan along with other benefits.

Multisport Swim Training
We have swim training on Wednesday mornings from 6am - 7am, this only costs $50 a year, and this includes your entry into the pool, so fill out a new membership form, and just tick the swimming box and pay your money to any committee member.
River Swims are happening over summer from the clubrooms at
5:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Please ensure you wear a bright coloured swim cap and the SWIMMERS flag is put out (and away when you finish)
Summer Kayaking Programme Start Times
Training times for those involved with the club kayaking programme coached by Brian Scott or other club coaches
Beginner coached session (on water):
Intermediate coached session (on water):
9:00 am Saturday mornings
5:00pm Tuesday and Thursday evenings
Development/competition /training group coached sessions:
5pm Monday to Thursday
6 am Monday to Thursday
7am Saturday morning (9 am during winter months)
